Six things that could go up in price in the US under Trump tariffs

Economists warn that the introduction of tariffs could lead to prices rising on a wide range of products.

* Cars: $3,000 price increase (according to TD Economics)
* Mexican beers Modelo and Corona
* Spirits:
* Bourbon
* Tennessee whiskey
* Tequila
* Canadian whisky
* Canadian lumber
* Maple syrup from Canada
* Goods produced using inputs from Canada (e.g. domestically produced in the US)
* Oil (specifically "heavier" crude oil) from Canada, which could lead to higher gasoline prices
* Avocados and avocado-based dishes like guacamole (due to high percentage of Mexican avocados imported into the US)
