* The league has implemented reforms including increased vetting of coaches, mental health professionals on staff, and training programs to prevent bullying and harassment.
* The league is required to provide biannual reports to the AGs detailing any complaints for the next three years, with failure to comply resulting in an additional $2 million penalty.
