What are you entitled to if your flight is cancelled due to the fire that has led to the airport's closure?
If your flight from Heathrow has been disrupted due to a power outage caused by a nearby electrical substation fire, you may be entitled to a refund or alternative flights.
* If your airline offers a refund, you can get back the full cost of any unused part of your ticket.
* You can choose between a refund or an alternative flight if your journey is covered under UK law.
