The European Court of Human Rights ruled Sir Philip's human rights were not breached.
A court has dismissed Sir Philip Green's complaint against being named in Parliament over misconduct allegations reported by a newspaper. The former Topshop boss claimed his human rights were breached when Labour peer Lord Hain revealed him to be behind a court order that stopped the Telegraph publishing the story. However, the European Court of Human Rights ruled on Tuesday that Sir Philip's right to privacy was not violated and that Parliament is best placed to assess the need for confidentiality in such cases.
