Documents show Doug Barrowman-linked company owned the prince's start-up competition for two years.
* A company controlled by Doug Barrowman, a controversial millionaire, administered Prince Andrew's business asset Pitch@Palace Global for two years.
* After Prince Andrew's disastrous Newsnight interview in 2019, the legal ownership of Pitch@Palace Global was transferred to Knox House Trustees (UK), which was ultimately owned by Mr Barrowman.
* Prince Andrew's finances have been under scrutiny due to his lifestyle and business associates, including Yang Tengbo, who was accused of being a spy, and Doug Barrowman, who has faced allegations of tax avoidance and involvement in PPE Medpro scandal.
* The National Crime Agency is investigating suspected criminal offences at PPE Medpro, and Prince Andrew's lawyer said he "ceased all contact" with Yang Tengbo after receiving advice from the UK government.
* Pitch@Palace was a start-up competition that had been suspended operations following the Newsnight interview but has emerged as a possible way for the duke to fund his lifestyle.
