The retail giant is still not taking online orders following a cyber attack three weeks ago.
Customers who had their data stolen have not been revealed by the company, which has 9.4 million active online customers according to its last full-year results. M&S is working with cyber security experts and has reported the incident to relevant authorities.
M&S confirmed that the contact information stolen could include:
* Telephone numbers
* Home addresses
* Dates of birth
The company stated that any card information taken would not be usable as it does not hold full card payment details on its systems.
