Shein has one month to respond to the EU's findings or face fines based on its sales, the bloc has said.

+ Misleading information and deceptive product labels
+ Fake discounts and pressure selling
+ Hidden contact details
+ Fake sustainability claims
* The EU has given Shein one month to respond to the findings or face fines based on its sales in EU countries.
* Shein's spokesperson said they are committed to complying with EU laws and regulations, and will continue to engage with national consumers authorities and the EU Commission to address any concerns.
* This is not the first time Shein has been criticized for its business practices; it has faced allegations of exploiting workers, including a BBC report in January revealing staff working 75-hour weeks in breach of Chinese labour laws.
