* Four people have been arrested in connection with cyber-attacks on M&S and Co-op, which caused significant disruption.
* The arrests were made by the National Crime Agency (NCA) at homes in Staffordshire, London, and the West Midlands.
* The four suspects include a 20-year-old woman from Staffordshire and three men aged 17, 18, and 19 - one of whom is from Latvia.
* They were arrested on suspicion of Computer Misuse Act offences, blackmail, money laundering, and participating in an organised crime group.
* Electronic devices were seized by police during the arrests.
* The NCA says its operation was supported by officers from the West Midlands Regional Organised Crime Unit and the East Midlands Special Operations Unit.
* M&S estimates that the hack will cost it £300m in lost profits, while some IT systems may not be fully operational until October or November.
