Beijing says the economy grew by 5.2% in the three months to the end of June, compared to the same time last year.
* China's economy grew by 5.2% in Q2, down from 5.4% in Q1
* Manufacturing sector expanded by 6.4%, driven by demand for industrial equipment and electric vehicles
* Services sector also saw gains, but retail sales growth slowed to 4.8% in June
* New home prices fell at the fastest monthly pace in 8 months, continuing a trend of struggling property market
* Analysts expect China's economy to remain resilient but uncertain in H2, with some predicting growth may fall short of 5% target
* US-China tariffs truce holds for now, but additional tariffs are possible if trade deal is not reached by August 12.
