In her first interview since the attack, Co-op's chief executive said she was "incredibly sorry" to customers.

* CEO Shirine Khoury-Haq "devastated" by hack and its impact on colleagues, saying she's "incredibly sorry" for the attack and that it's a personal matter to her due to the harm caused to members and customers.
* Hackers removed from Co-op systems but couldn't erase their actions, allowing authorities to monitor and track their activity.
* Co-op working with cyber-security company to restore back-end systems and prevent future attacks.
* Four people arrested in connection with Co-op hack bailed pending further inquiries, along with one person suspected of participating in an organized crime group.
* Hackers also targeted M&S, which is still recovering from the attack, and Harrods.
