Mon, 21 Jul 2025 Free school uniform event at shopping centre

The event will be held at Peterborough's Queensgate Shopping Centre on 1 August.
The initiative aims to reduce costs for families in time for September and promote environmental benefits. It was organised by Peterborough City Council's recycling education team, Peterborough Youth Council, and Peterborough Family Hubs. The event will feature: - Exchange of pre-loved school uniforms - Recycling games - Upcycling activities - Crafts Notable attendees include the National Literacy Trust and Goal2Grow initiative, where fans can exchange football shirts.
