Thu, 24 Jul 2025 Energy grants for low-income households

Eligible residents can apply for funding to make their homes warmer and cheaper to heat.

* £3.4m secured from DESNZ to help low-income households in Hull make energy-saving home improvements
* Funding allocated over 3-year period, covering: + Wall, loft and underfloor insulation + Air-source heat pumps + Solar panels
* Eligible residents can apply via government website or by contacting the council's warm homes team
* Certain criteria must be met to qualify for funding
