The CAA licence allows Skyrora to launch its rocket from the SaxaVord Spaceport in Shetland.

* Licence allows Skyrora to launch suborbital Skylark L rocket from SaxaVord Spaceport in Shetland.
* Company plans to launch rocket up to 16 times per year by 2030, making it potentially the first British company to manufacture and launch a rocket into space from the UK.
* Licence is seen as a "huge milestone" for Skyrora and the UK space sector.
* Skyrora's Skylark L rocket has potential for microgravity experiments at lower cost than orbital vehicles.
