The airport is dismissing claims by Unite that the strikes will affect every outbound flight.
* Baggage screeners at Gatwick Airport will strike from August 22-26 and again from August 29-September 2 over a pay dispute
* The strikes are expected to affect all flights out of Gatwick
* The Unite union claims that ICTS baggage screeners earn "just above minimum wage" and are among the lowest paid workers at the airport
* ICTS has been approached for comment but has not responded yet
* A spokesperson for the airport said they expect to operate a normal summer holiday flight schedule despite the strike, but will work with suppliers to minimize disruption.
