The company's founder gave a wide-ranging interview about its rise and fall.
* Adam Frisby, founder of online women's wear brand In The Style, has said he has "no regrets" about leaving the company two years ago.
* He founded In The Style in 2013 with £1,000 and it was valued at over £100m on the London Stock Exchange in 2021, but was delisted two years later and sold for £1.2m.
* Frisby faced personal and professional difficulties while running the company, including death threats, homophobic abuse, and a lengthy legal battle over allegations of stealing the idea for In The Style from another businessman.
* He won the court case but said it was "the darkest period of my life" and that he had to manage the company's sale while dealing with the legal proceedings.
* After leaving the company as CEO in 2023, Frisby said he has taken a long time to recover from the stress caused by In The Style's problems.
* He credited his partner for sticking by him during this difficult period and they are now expecting a child through surrogacy.
* Frisby attributed the company's decline to several factors, including "less interest around fashion businesses post-Covid" and increased costs due to the war in Ukraine.
