Modella Capital has agreed to purchase "substantially most" of Claire's UK.

* Over half of Claire's stores in the UK have been sold to Modella Capital, saving approximately 1,000 jobs and 156 stores.
* However, 145 other stores were not included in the deal and their fate remains uncertain.
* The remaining stores will remain open while administrators assess options for their future.
* A total of around 2,150 jobs were at risk after Claire's collapsed into administration in August.
* Modella Capital has agreed to purchase "substantially most" of Claire's UK business.
