A BBC investigation reveals thousands of workers are still missing out on tribunal payouts.
* A total of £65,000 was awarded to Nadine Fallone by an employment tribunal but she has yet to receive any payment.
* Of 7,000 people who used a government scheme to tackle non-payment of employment tribunal awards, three quarters have not received their payment.
* The Employment Tribunal Penalty Enforcement and Naming Scheme, set up in 2016, has issued over 4,800 penalties with a combined value of over £9m but only recorded 109 as being paid.
* Not a single employer has been named online by the government for non-payment despite nearly 4,000 requests being made.
* Claimants can also pursue their awards through the High Court, but the government doesn't track how many are successful.
* Rosie Davies was awarded £6,000 in unpaid wages and breach of contract at an employment tribunal but is still waiting for payment after 18 months.
* The system has been criticized by Citizens Advice as "completely broken" and the Federation of Small Businesses is calling for it to be overhauled.
