A spokesperson for Doug Barrowman says other companies also received money for providing gowns to the government and should be pursued to get it back.
* A company linked to Baroness Mone and her husband Doug Barrowman, PPE Medpro, was ordered to repay £122m by a judge due to supplying gowns that did not meet sterility certification standards.
* However, it is claimed that £83m of this amount was paid to other companies as part of the consortium, leaving only £39m for PPE Medpro to pay back.
* A spokesperson for Mr Barrowman claims there is a "very strong case" for the administrator to chase the other companies in the consortium for repayment.
* The Health Secretary has said the department will seek to recover everything they can from PPE Medpro, but it is unlikely that the company will be able to pay back the full amount due to only having £666,000 of assets.
* Baroness Mone's involvement in the company and whether she should repay the money personally has been raised by some politicians, despite not being a shareholder or director of PPE Medpro.
