The proposed changes include a spending freeze and a reduction to the hike in fuel duty.

The committee will however support one amendment that requires the Scrutiny Management Committee's budget to be separated from parliamentary committees.
P&R President Deputy Lindsay de Sausmarez said a £600 increase in income tax allowances would help with cost of living issues.
Critics argue the budget does not do enough to address the island's public finances deficit, which is projected to worsen from £66m to £77m in 2026.
