Tue, 11 Nov 2025 Andrew shuts down Pitch@Palace business

The closure of the former prince's start-up competition Pitch@Palace marks his step away from public life
- Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's Pitch@Palace Global Ltd has filed an application to dissolve with Companies House. - The decision marks another phase in the former prince's retreat from public life, following intense scrutiny over his links to Jeffrey Epstein. - Pitch@Palace suspended operations in 2019 after Mr Mountbatten-Windsor gave a BBC Newsnight interview, leading to him stepping down as a working royal and losing his titles. - The UK side of the business was wound up in 2021, but the international part remained open until now. - Most of Pitch@Palace Global's cash has been withdrawn, leaving just £10,965 on its balance sheet at the end of March. - Another company linked to Mr Mountbatten-Windsor, Innovate Global Ltd, has also begun the process of closing down.
