The company says it plans to open more physical shops and expand the business around the world.
Skims, a shapewear brand co-founded by Kim Kardashian, valued at $5bn (£2.93bn) after raising $225m in new funding. The company plans to use the money to open more shops and expand globally. Kim Kardashian said: "We can't wait to take Skims to the next level as we continue to innovate and set the standard for our industry." Skims faces competition from Lululemon and other rivals, but expects sales to top $1bn this year. The company will focus on physical retail over the next few years, with 18 shops in the US and products sold through retailers worldwide.
