The centres will open to provide warmth and other support to people struggling with energy bills.
* Forty organisations across Hull will provide Warm Spaces during the winter
* Venues include community centres, church halls, youth centres, and libraries
* They will offer warmth, social activities, and support for people struggling with energy bills
* Some centres will also provide guidance on managing spending, debts, and energy and food costs
* Funding comes from the Department for Work and Pensions' Household Support Fund (£X) and Ideal Heating (£Y)
* Council leader Mike Ross said the schemes will help many people, and a list of locations is available on the city council website.
