The event will run from 10:30-13:00 GMT and aims to bring people together, reduce waste, and save money. Spurrier, who shares free and low-budget family activities on social media, said she wanted to create a space where parents can get inspiration for activities without spending lots of money. She believes that many families are overwhelmed by the pressure to provide expensive entertainment options. The toy swap will allow people to exchange gently used toys with other families in need, making it a sustainable and budget-friendly way to find new playthings for their children.
