The deal comes as Unilever plans to offload some food brands to focus on care and beauty.
* British TV personality Jamie Laing's vegan sweets brand Candy Kittens is set to acquire Graze, a popular nuts and snack bar brand in the UK.
* The deal will be completed by Katjes International and Laing's parent company, with an expected completion date of the first half of 2026.
* Unilever, Graze's current owner, plans to offload under-performing brands in its line-up and focus on personal care and beauty products.
* Graze was founded in 2005 as a snack delivery service and has struggled with sales in recent years since being acquired by Unilever for £100m in 2019.
* Laing believes Graze is "perfect" for Candy Kittens' plans for growth, citing the brand's expertise in consumer goods.
* This deal marks another step in Unilever's efforts to divest its food brands and focus on other areas of business.
