* The Duke's Course at St Andrews will be rebranded as the Craigtoun Course, after a nearby country park.
* The course, which was opened by Prince Andrew in 1995, is being sold by Kohler to the St Andrews Links Trust on a long-term lease.
* The club's logo and branding are also being changed to remove its royal association.
* The change comes as part of Prince Andrew's retreat from public life following the scandal surrounding his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein.
* The course will be managed by the St Andrews Links Trust, which already runs seven other courses in the area, including the famous Old Course.
* The trust says that the new branding and management arrangement will give the course a "revitalised identity".
