Guernsey Electricity says it plans to set out "a clear pathway for tariff reform".

* 3,617 islanders participated in the survey
* Main concerns: cost of electricity and security of supply
* Customers want more transparency on price rises and how tariff revenues are reinvested
* Price rises were necessary for ongoing projects such as maintaining and upgrading power stations and cable network
* GEL will provide more transparency around costs and fixed charges in future
* Potential options being explored to provide more notice and predictability around price increases.
