It's one of three social media adverts banned for irresponsibly exploiting body insecurites.
* MedExpress's advert promoting weight-loss injections to new mums has been banned by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) for perpetuating a harmful gender stereotype.
* The ad was one of three banned by the ASA, along with those from SkinnyJab and CheqUp, for irresponsibly exploiting insecurities around body image.
* The firms have removed the ads.
* It is illegal to advertise prescription-only weight loss drugs to the public.
* MedExpress's video advert featured a woman taking a selfie in the mirror with text reading: "I wish I knew sooner that I could lose post-baby weight with a medicated weight loss treatment from MedExpress".
* The ASA said the advert was irresponsible as it perpetuated pressure for women to conform to body image stereotypes.
* CheqUp's Facebook ad featured a woman looking in the mirror and saying she didn't want to be the biggest person in the room, which the ASA said suggested a stigma associated with being a certain size.
* The watchdog also banned SkinnyJab's video advert, which was not an educational resource but a commercial for prescription-only medicines.
* All three firms have removed their ads and will no longer promote weight-loss jabs to the public.
