A typical turkey dinner will cost about £32.45 this year, according to research done for the BBC.

*Turkey price increased by 7.37% to £20 per standard 10lb bird
*Brussels sprouts prices rose by over 9% to 94p per bag
*Mince pies and Christmas pudding are now cheaper, down by 2.75% and 7.42% respectively
*Potatoes and parsnips decreased in price by 1 penny compared to last year
*Sugar surplus led to lower prices for flour and sugar-based products
