Sun, 21 Dec 2025 Takeaway owner delivers 1,000 gifts to children

Arfan Mohammed, the owner of Sizzlers Fastfood, delivers 1,000 Christmas gifts to local children.
He identified local schools and families that would appreciate the gifts and also received donations from other businesses. Mohammed said seeing the smiles on the children's faces is "priceless". This was not his first charity effort, as he previously held a charity football match to support the families of knife attack victims in Southport. He also delivers food parcels to the elderly and vulnerable. Mohammed has completed seven challenges for charity so far.
