The US president has called for interest rates on credit cards to be capped at 10% for one year.

* Shares in US credit card firms American Express, Visa and Mastercard fell by: + American Express: 4% + Visa: over 2% + Mastercard: over 2%
* Shares in UK bank Barclays fell by 1.9%
* Average interest rate for credit cards in the US is roughly 20%
* Trump's proposed cap on interest rates would be at 10%
