Mon, 16 Feb 2026 Spud truck handing out free meals to families

The truck is supporting those who can not afford meals outside of school term-time.
The Spud Truck, run by Caring Cooks, will offer jacket potatoes and activities for children at Haut Vallee School from 16:30-17:30 GMT on weekdays this week. Yvonne Corbin from the charity said that her organization can make a significant difference in a child's life, as evidenced by their reactions to receiving meals.
