* Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it will go to court for approval
* This is the third settlement by a major bank, after JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank agreed to pay $290m and $75m respectively
* Lawyer Sigrid McCawley said the resolution was "one more step on the road to much deserved justice"
* The proposed class-action lawsuit alleged that Bank of America had "a plethora of information" about Epstein's sex trafficking operation, but chose profit over protecting victims
* The bank had previously urged the court to dismiss the lawsuit, calling it "threadbare and meritless"
