The news comes as financial results for 2025 show a seventh consecutive year of profitability.

* Bentley's financial results for 2025 show a seventh consecutive year of profitability with an operating profit of £186m and revenue of £2.25bn
* Customer deliveries declined by five per cent during the year, driven largely by market contraction in China
* The company is planning several electric models to be released by 2030 and has invested £2.5bn at its Crewe plant for electrification
* Bentley's CEO and chairman, Dr Frank-Steffen Walliser, said that the job cuts are necessary to ensure the long-term competitiveness of the business
