* Average age of a first-time buyer in England: 34
* Proportion of first-time buyers under 25: 6% (down from 25% in the 1990s)
* Most affordable areas in Great Britain: + East Renfrewshire + East Dunbartonshire + Aberdeenshire + Nine other areas are in Scotland, with Harborough in the East Midlands being the tenth most affordable area.
* Least affordable areas in London: + Hackney + Westminster + Tower Hamlets
