Up to 300 DHL logistics workers based at Jaguar Land Rover in Solihull vote to strike indefinitely.
Up to 300 DHL logistics workers who deliver parts and cars to Jaguar Land Rover's Solihull factory have voted to go on indefinite strike from May 7 over pay dispute. The union, Unite, claims DHL is being "hugely profitable" and can afford a pay offer for 2026. A DHL spokesperson says they are open to discussions and committed to finding a resolution that balances colleagues' contributions with operational competitiveness. HGV drivers working on the JLR contract in several locations have also voted in favor of strike action, but dates have yet to be announced.
