Tue, 19 May 2026 Son of Mango boss arrested over father's fatal fall from cliff

Isak, 71, died in December 2024 after falling from a ravine while walking in the Montserrat mountains near Barcelona.
Jonathan Andic, son of Mango founder Isak Andic, has been arrested and detained by Catalan police over his father's death. He was taken from his home and questioned by police before being released on bail for €1m (£865,000). The case was initially treated as an accident but was reopened due to inconsistencies in Jonathan's testimony. Isak Andic died in December 2024 after falling from a ravine while walking with his son in the Montserrat mountains near Barcelona. Jonathan has previously denied responsibility for his father's death and a family spokesperson says they are confident of his innocence.
