The outdoor apparel firm says the performer broke an agreement not to use its branding in merchandise.

* The lawsuit alleges that Pattie Gonia competes directly with Patagonia's products and advocacy, and is asking the court to stop her from registering as a trademark.
* Pattie Gonia says she's willing to fight the lawsuit in court, saying "If Patagonia wants to celebrate Pride Month this year by taking a queer climate activist to federal court, then I'm here to fight for myself."
