Betty Brown says she is accepting the honour on behalf of all the victims of the scandal.
Betty Brown, 93, receives OBE from King Charles III at Windsor Castle and dedicates honor to sub-postmasters who lost their lives due to Post Office scandal.
King tells her it was a "dreadful thing" that should have never happened and that justice must be done.
Brown asks the monarch to tell Prime Minister to investigate those responsible for wrongly prosecuting hundreds of sub-postmasters, citing need for accountability and justice.
She recounts her own experience as a victim of the scandal, forced out of her County Durham Post Office in 2003 after being accused of stealing or false accounting due to faulty IT system Horizon.
Brown was one of hundreds of sub-postmasters who suffered financial ruin and emotional distress between 1999 and 2015.
King is described as "very knowledgeable about Horizon" and Brown asks him to speak with Prime Minister on her behalf, citing need for justice without cost.
Police chiefs warn that investigation into Post Office scandal could be delayed by five years unless they receive millions of pounds in extra funding.
Government spokesperson says the scandal was an "appalling injustice" and is considering requests for further funding.
