Employers are being urged to use their "common sense" to allow staff to work flexibly where they can.

* MT Finance Group: Allowing staff to start work at 11:00 on Monday
* PLMR: Giving employees permission to start at 12:00 if they want to stay up and watch the match
* Octopus Energy: Allowing engineers to start home visits a couple of hours late, while staff in office or home-based roles can start and finish later
* Highcastle Estates: Cancelling team's usual Monday morning meeting and allowing staff to start late or book last-minute leave
