Call for help for people on low incomes who must now wait longer for their state pension.
The Department for Work and Pensions welcomed the report but said it will consider the recommendations "in due course". Meanwhile, a small percentage of Universal Credit claimants (0.02% in February) are aged 65 or 66.
The housing industry is concerned about a growing problem known as "gazundering", where buyers try to lower the agreed price just before exchanging contracts, putting pressure on sellers who risk losing the deal.
The government claims to be addressing this issue by introducing legally binding agreements and fines for those who back out without reason.
