Forward Guernsey believes the allowance is putting pressure on rental prices.
A review of relocation grants, which is said to be putting pressure on rental prices in Guernsey, has been delayed.
The Policy and Resources (P&R) committee was originally due to complete the review by September 2025 but it is now behind schedule.
Deputy Tom Rylatt from Forward Guernsey says the review should be a priority for P&R and that the delay is disappointing.
The review will look at different options for relocation support, including possible alternatives, using workforce data and financial analysis.
